HOW TO DO SUMMER WITHOUT DRESSES!

Image
Hello everyone,  When we think of summer, one of the first things that comes to mind is summer dresses , but have you ever thought what summer would look like without them? Well, today we'll find out!  I took it upon myself to challenge my "fashion mind" into creating two summer looks that don't involve dresses, just pretty boho pieces that are so stylish, you'll forget about your dresses in no time (guaranteed).  To prepare for this blog post, I said no to wearing dresses for a week, (yep, I'm that serious), which helped me even more by allowing me to think deep into what I would wear each summer if wearing a dress wasn't an option. So I went back and forth with a few ideas, but eventually came back to these summer looks because I already wear them quite often and I consider them "my kind of style" .  So are you ready to get rid of your dresses (at least for a day) and join me in this challenge of summer without dresses?       You might have no...

OFF THE SHOULDER DUO!

Image
Hello everyone,  To make Monday sweeter I'm sharing a duo that will give you double the joy and double the inspiration for this week/weekend. Are you ready?    I'm taking this army green, off the shoulder, long-sleeved dress from yoins   and giving it two ways to wear. One of the ways is as a dress and the other is turning it into a top by simply adding a leather skirt. This way you can wear the same dress one day after the other without anyone ever knowing your little secret.   Along for the ride came my tassel jacket that you've already seen as part of one of my festival series looks that is still happening and I'm already working on day 4, so stay tuned.  If you're wondering, this jacket, like the dress, is from the same online store that offers beautiful dresses, tops and skirts, perfect for the spring and summer. There are so many great options that it was difficult to make my mind when deciding what to place in my shopping bag. How many times has th...

FOUR WAYS TO STYLE A BOMBER JACKET!

Image
Hello everyone, May I introduce you to a piece that's versatile and chic enough to even turn your sweatpants and t-shirt into the envy of your town. That piece is known as the everlasting bomber jacket .  I especially love it because now there are unlimited amounts of bomber jackets to choose from; ones with fun patches, ones with puffy over-sized appearance, others with floral embroidery and colors to please all of us. Because I'm the kind of girl who has been adding a bomber jacket to any casual look of mine, like uncontrollably adding three spoons of sugar to my coffee, I wanted to share with you four easy ways to style a bomber jacket.  1.       One of the best ways to add that extra " Wow! " to your spring dress (in my case a shirt dress) is by simply throwing on your favorite bomber. I believe it's super cute and it really speaks FASHION when you're out and about getting compliments left and right. 😁    To make my look edgier, I love layeri...

BOMBER JACKET BOOM!

Image
Hello everyone, It's officially fall by looking at these photos, but don't be fooled, this is the only spot I found in Vegas where there were leaves and some color that resembled autumn. It still very much feels like spring with sunshine, birds chirping, green trees and beauty all around.  The day before this, it rained all day/night (it rarely happens here) that the morning of the photo shoot, the air felt so refreshing (great to be alive). No wonder we shot more than two-hundred photos!       It's no secret that bomber jackets are really big right now. You can create effortlessly chic or effortlessly sporty looks all day long. That's why I decided to put my dad's bomber jacket to use because I love the over-sized fit, the army green color and the fact that it's now mine (shhh, please don't tell him!) As long as he doesn't notice that it's missing, you'll be seeing me out and about in this trendy piece with a big smile on my face😁   Ha...
